Candle Care & Safety

Here are a few guidelines that you need to keep in mind for candle care:

Trim your wick a little over 1/2cm from the surface
Burn until you get a nice even melt pool.
Never burn a candle more than 4 hours
Before you light your candle always trim the wick (a little over 1/2cm from the surface)
When not using your candle, store away from direct sunlight in a cool temperature room.
Never leave a lit candle unattended
Keep away from drafts and curtains
Keep out of reach of children or pets
Never move a lit candle
Never burn candles near flammable items (eg-curtains, beds, etc)
Make sure the Candle sits flat on a stable fire resistant candle plate during burning
Always trim the wick to avoid dancing or smoking flame.

We will usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Free shipping Australian wide for all orders over $75-.
International shipping unfortunately has a fixed rate. I will always do my best to reduce this fee.

Candle Return's Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Here are a few conditions to return a product:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
There are no returns on candles.
Please contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns within a 7 days period after you receive your candle.

Custom Orders

Custom orders can be made upon request, These of course will take a little bit longer to dispatch, please enquire.
A surcharge per item will apply for custom custom orders.

Quality

Each candle is crafted from scratch and meticulously hand carved, dipped or poured by human hands using a variety of waxes.

No two candles are the same in colour or design creating perfect imperfections to bring our vision to life.

Candle making is a serious business that requires a lot of attention to detail and for that reason we have chosen to support our locals, by purchasing from Australian candle suppliers.

Candles must cure at least for two weeks to get the best burning and fragrance results.
